Team Leader - St Georges Park

St George’s Park is a specialist Dementia Nursing Home located in a peaceful residential area of Telford. We provide expert nursing care for residents with complex care needs involving physical and mental health conditions. Are you someone who wants to make a real difference to the lives of others? We are looking for a Team Leaders to join our Care Team @ St Georges Park. With a passion to work in care and with patients who suffer from dementia. Ideal candidates will have experience of running the shift and leading a team of carers. The role on offer is Full time / 4 days per week Day shift Pattern 4 on 4 off 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Night shift Pattern 4 on 4 off 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. For further information and a Job Description please apply, or contact Tim Ward Recruitment Manager.
