As General Manager Cindy is responsible for the day to day running of our Home, facilitating the very highest standards of care for our residents – a role which Cindy considers to be both an honour and a privilege.

Initially working for Sanctuary Care and Heart of England Care for nearly eleven years in total, Cindy also then spent some time as a nurse in a large hospital, in supported living and in community services.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Cindy once walked from Bromsgrove to Worcester for charity, alongside soldiers from local regiments and together they raised a significant amount of money to help sick children make an important pilgrimage to Lourdes.

Cindy is married to Colin and they have two wonderful sons. Animals are also a big love in Cindy’s life and she has a dog called Archie and a horse called Rocky.
