We're delighted to reveal our first set of winners of our new Employee of the Month scheme which recognises team members who go above and beyond to deliver a new standard in healthcare.
Overall Winner for July: Carol Russell - HCA - Kington Court
Carol is a kind, considerate and thoughtful person who always delivers with a smile! She demonstrates a cheery nature which is infectious and which positively affects everyone else in the home. She is always considerate towards all residents and staff, volunteering to cover shifts even though it meant that she had to cancel her own arrangements. She loves meeting up with friends and taking care of others!
Zania Robinson - Health Care Assistant - Roden Hall
Zania is one of our longest serving employees at 30 years! Well done Zania! She is a fun, caring and committed person who loves to spend time looking after her grandson, running, socialising & playing pool!

Samantha Green - Recruitment Resourcer - Home Support Centre
As one of our Recruiters Sam spends a lot of time on the phone but even then you can hear her smiling. She enjoys spending time with her family and baking the most gorgeous cakes!
