Over the years, Jane has worn many hats at Dorset House located in the centre of Droitwich Spa, seamlessly transitioning from roles such as Deputy Manager, Senior Carer to Health Care Assistant. Her contributions extend beyond her official duties, notably providing valuable insights and extensive knowledge of the building and supporting the home to develop over her many years of service. 

 

To commemorate Jane's exceptional career and express their gratitude, the Dorset House staff and residents organised a heartfelt celebration and afternoon tea. The event featured a shower of gifts, including jewellery, flowers, and a stunning Waterford Crystal vase. The catering team crafted a special leaving cake in the shape of a Louis Vuitton handbag, paying homage to Jane's well-known passion and love for designer handbags.

 

Expressing gratitude for Jane's dedicated service, Lifestyle Coordinator Lisa Davies shared, "Jane is an exemplary person, an individual that we all aspire to be like and have learnt so much from with her wealth of experience, she will be missed dearly."
