The third Monday of January has been awarded the gloomy title of ‘Blue Monday’ due to a combination of post-Christmas blues, cold dark nights and Christmas shopping debt. This year, the addition of the National Lockdown has exacerbated people's low-mood, anxiety and sadness. In a display of unity, the Home Support Centre staff wore blue clothing and were committed to self-care and supporting each other's mental health.
