Multiple Nominations for Rotherwood at the Care Home Awards 2023
Rotherwood Healthcare, which operates seven care homes across the West Midlands, are finalists in a staggering twelve categories at the Care Home Awards 2023. The national annual awards commend excellence and innovation in the management and operations of care homes.
Whilst Rotherwood Healthcare is up for ‘Outstanding Smaller Group Care Provider’, ‘Best for Training and Development’, ‘Best for Staff Recruitment and Retention ‘and ‘Best Care Home Marketing, Advertising or PR Activities’, its in-house developed software, ‘Matron’, has received a wave of nominations, including ‘Best for Use of Care Management Software’, ‘Best Innovation in Care’ as well as ‘Best for Use of Technology and Digital Care Strategy’.
The Group’s care home finalists include Roden Hall for ‘Best for Indoor or Outdoor Communal Spaces’, Gwen Walford for ‘Best for Nursing Care’ and Dorset House for 'Best Facilities Management, Maintenance or Housekeeping Team’. Lynhales Hall and St George’s Park are in the running for ‘Best for Specialist Care’, whilst Dorset House and St George’s Park have received additional nominations for ‘Best for Nutrition, Food and Dining’.

The industry will gather to celebrate the care sector in a prestigious awards ceremony on 30th June at the Royal Garden Hotel in London, during which the winners will be announced.
