Newly Appointed Roden Hall Home Manager
Rotherwood is pleased to announce the appointment of Nina McPhee as the Home Manager of Roden Hall.
Nina has been a valued member of the Rotherwood Healthcare family since 2016, during which she progressed from Compliance Officer to Compliance Manager. A testament to the Rotherwood values, Nina’s progression reflects the Rotherwood ethos of ‘Growing From Within’. Her dedicated work was instrumental in Roden Hall achieving a ‘Good’ rating from the CQC in 2021.
Already having fantastic relationships with the residents and team members at Roden, she looks forward to further building on these as she takes the home forward into this new and exciting chapter. Nina has a passion for hiking and cooking, the latter which she hopes to further develop at Roden to enable the home to continually deliver enticing dining.
