Rotherwood Announces Plans for New 70-Bed Care Home in Shropshire
Rotherwood Group has purchased a site in Battlefield, Shrewsbury with plans to construct a purpose-built luxury care home.
The sale was made through top agents, Christie & Co, from pioneering property developers, Frontier. Nestled in the heart of Battlefield, a suburb of Shrewsbury with beautiful surrounding countryside, the build will be located off Shillingston Drive. The home will provide 70 Residential and Nursing beds and will create over 60 jobs in the local area. Work on the build is due to commence in the Spring - Summer 2023.

Rotherwood already owns and operates Roden Hall Care Home, just over 5 miles from the site, and has become an established care provider and employer for the area.
