Shivam joins Rotherwood having worked for Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors (ECY) for 8 years, during which he led the project management and cost management of building developments within the care sector, delivering more than 50 care home constructions in 6 years – and notably, project managing and quantity surveying the construction of Roden Hall Care Home in 2019.
 
Highly experienced at overseeing care home building developments from start to finish, Shivam looks forward to applying his quantity surveying and project management expertise to support the growth and development of the business as it expands its care home portfolio.
