Rotherwood Appoints New Head of Learning & Development
Becky joins Rotherwood with a wealth of experience, having worked in learning and development for over thirteen years, after originally working in front-line residential, learning disability and domiciliary care.
Most recently, she was employed as the Learning and Development Regional Manager at Anchor Hanover Group for two and half years. Whilst she looks forward to streamlining the learning and development function at Rotherwood, Becky intends to further enhance the opportunities for staff and nurture their progression. Initially any gaps in training will be identified before an accessible training matrix and face-to-face learning will be implemented. Becky will also set about bolstering the e-learning and employee learning pathways.
