Rotherwood Appoints New 'Head of People'
Emma joins Rotherwood possessing fourteen years’ experience in HR, twelve of which within the care sector.
Whilst initially working in Business Support and Recruitment, Emma identified her passion for people and building robust teams to deliver business goals. This sparked a move into HR, attaining her CPP and CIPD qualifications to reinforce her HR practice.
Emma previously came from a HR Director role at Anchor Hanover Group, where she developed the HR function within the business as it expanded its care home portfolio from four to eleven. Prior to that, she worked as HR Manager for the domiciliary and brain injury care provider, New Horizons Healthcare.
With a wealth of expertise in recruitment, legal compliance, and strengthening teams with training and development, she looks forward to working with her new team to support Rotherwood delivering on its growth plan.
