These esteemed awards celebrate excellence within the care sector, recognising individuals and organisations who tirelessly strive to deliver exceptional quality care.
Rotherwood Healthcare has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Care Home Group (Small) category, a remarkable achievement that reflects the collective effort and dedication of the entire team across all of our Care Homes and Home Support Centre. This nomination underscores our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

At Roden Hall Care Home in Telford, Jacqueline Smith, a devoted relative, has been named a finalist for The Sara Berrio Care Champion Award, which honours individuals who have made an extraordinary impact in care. Whilst Paula Jansen has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Care Chef of the Year Award, highlighting her exceptional skills in creating nutritious and delicious meals for residents.
In Worcestershire at Dorset House in Droitwich, Pete Davis has been selected as a finalist for the esteemed Carer of the Year Award, recognising his unwavering dedication and compassionate care for residents. Head Chef Marion and Second Chef have been jointly named finalists in the Care Chef of the Year Award category for their collaborative excellence in culinary care.
Chelsie Walne, Home Manager at St George’s Park in Telford, and Nick Brown, Home Manager at Lynhales Hall in Lyonshall, have both been shortlisted as finalists for the prestigious Dementia Care Manager of the Year Award, recognising their expertise and commitment to managing Specialist Dementia Care services.
