Rotherwood Shortlisted in a Wave of Awards
Rotherwood have a staggering eleven finalists in nine categories at the Care Home Awards 2022. The national annual awards are the benchmark of excellence and innovation in the management and operations of care homes.
The Rotherwood Group has been nominated for ‘Best Smaller Care Home Group’ while its in-house developed software ‘Matron’ has been shortlisted for ‘Best for Use of Technology /Best for Use of Care Management Software’ with Rotherwood Healthcare receiving the ‘Best for Training and Development’ nomination.
The care home nominees include Roden Hall for the ‘Best for Indoor or Outdoor Communal Spaces’ and ‘Best Continuing Covid-19 Response’. Dorset House is up for ‘Best for Nutrition, Food and the Dining Experience’, with Mandy from the Dorset House team nominated for ‘Best Facilities Management, Maintenance and Housekeeping Team’. Lynhales Hall, St George’s Park, and Hampton Grange each received a nomination for ‘Best for Specialist Care (Including Respite, Dementia, Stroke and Mental Health)’ with Gwen Walford House being a nominee for the ‘Best for Nursing Care’ award.

The winners and high commendations will be unveiled in a prestigious lunchtime ceremony on 1st July at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London with Rotherwood’s enthusiastic team members in attendance. The industry will gather to recognise and celebrate the amazing contribution of the care sector over the past year.
