Team Leaders at Kington Court Successfully Complete Care Team Leader Induction Package
Team Leader staff at Kington Court Nursing Home in Herefordshire have successfully completed their Rotherwood Care Team Leader Induction Booklets since joining in August 2022.
To be completed with the support of an allocated mentor within the home, the induction package for Care Team Leaders incorporates the Care Certificate and covers modules including their personal development plan, duty of care and safeguarding.
The mentors not only provide practical advice, guidance and experiential knowledge which supports the Team Leaders to settle into their new role, but also practical advice to support the Team Leaders into life in the UK and in the local area.
Smitha Thomas, Rajeedevi Rajappan, Mariya Varghese, Reshmi Krishnan, Julie Jacob, Priya Raveendran, Prejeesha Mathew, Priya John, Silja Joseph, Roshni Philip and Anu Thomas all completed the induction programme.
