Nurse Assistant - Hampton Grange

Nurse Assistant Rotherwood Healthcare are seeking people who will train to become Nurse Assistants. After induction and training/working alongside experienced qualified staff you will become a Nurse Assistant, Administering Medication and carrying out Clinical Duties in the way Qualified Nurses currently do. You will also learn to complete care plans and keep them up to date. What do you need to participate in this very exciting opportunity? Well Rotherwood Healthcare are fully committed to developing this role throughout their Care Homes. You will be a senior HCA in a medium to large Residential Home administering medication and helping with care planning already but want a bigger challenge and higher status or you may hold a position giving similar experience. We will train you to become a Nurse Assistant with all the status and rewards that brings with it. You do need to be reliable and have a pleasant balanced nature to thrive at Rotherwood. Oh by the way we have a good time and laugh much more often with our residents than the average care home.
