Marketing Manager
The Role: As a Marketing Manager covering maternity leave, you'll be instrumental in driving our marketing strategy and managing our marketing processes with creativity and precision. Your role includes line-managing one team member and supporting their professional development. Key Responsibilities: • Marketing Strategy: Implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Enquiry Generation: Execute and report on marketing plans to drive enquiries and meet targets. Manage social media channels, PR and community engagement. • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and oversee the creation of marketing materials. • Website Management: Manage website content, SEO strategies, and third-party listings. • Internal Communications: Oversee company communications, including quarterly briefings, company newspaper production and award nominations. • Additional Responsibilities: Handle event planning, inventory checks, and ad hoc projects.
