Marketing & Design Executive

The Role We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing & Design Executive to support our care homes in attracting new enquiries, raising brand awareness, and delivering exceptional visual and written content across all marketing channels. This is a varied and exciting role, combining marketing, content creation, design, and communications. You will support the delivery of marketing plans, produce engaging social media and digital content, manage design projects, coordinate award submissions, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across internal and external materials. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications · Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for individual care homes and the wider organisation. · Maintain a key calendar of events, advertising schedule, support internal and external events, and assist with activities at the homes. · Produce high-quality written content for websites, newsletters, internal communications, and email campaigns. · Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. · Coordinate and prepare award submissions that shine a light on our homes and teams. · Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and support PR activity including editorials and press releases. Design & Creative · Develop and produce compelling, brand-aligned design for digital, print, websites, advertising, email campaigns, and internal communications. · Produce visual assets including layouts, storyboards, graphics, and website mock-ups. · Create print-ready materials and marketing collateral using photography, brand assets, and design software. · Liaise with printers and suppliers, ensuring quality control and best value for print and design budgets. · Manage the printed stock held at our support centre and complete quarterly inventories. What we’re looking for · Experience in marketing, communications, or design (preferably a mix of both). · Strong design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling. · A creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail. · Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines. · Passionate about brand consistency and promoting high-quality care services.
