Head Housekeeper - Colwall
Purpose As a member of the home management team, you will Lead, Manage and be Accountable for the housekeeping and laundry team to achieve and maintain Rotherwood’s standards and compliance with infection control and health & safety procedures. You have the overall responsibility for ensuring your designated home is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort, making our residents feel at home and an environment where they love to live. You will be responsible for the environment, budget control and staff rota's, record keeping & compliance, infection control and the cleaning of the home.
