Purpose As a member of the home management team, you will Lead, Manage and be Accountable for the kitchen team to achieve and maintain an exceptional dining experience for our residents. Previous management experience within a catering environment. Proven competency in nutritionally balanced menu planning. Ability to cater for specific dietary needs. Able to manage a set budget and purchase resources in line with stock requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Create person-centred care plans for new admissions, following a comprehensive assessment.
